OJPT (Odisha Juba Prashikshyan Trust) is a non-profit organization established with a mission to empower the youth and underprivileged communities across Odisha through education, training, health, and social development programs.
At OJPT, we believe that the strength of a society lies in its youth. By equipping them with the right skills, values, and opportunities, we are shaping a generation capable of building a stronger, more compassionate future for all. OJPT functions as both a training institute and a social welfare organization, actively engaging in community outreach programs across Odisha. Established with the vision to uplift rural youth and prepare them for careers in the Uniformed Services including Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Assam Rifles, BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SDRF, RPF, Fire Services, and Forest Guard.
To inspire, prepare, and empower young aspirants across all backgrounds—through disciplined training, academic coaching, and physical conditioning—to successfully join India’s Police, Paramilitary, and Armed Forces, while instilling a spirit of national pride, service, and integrity.
