All donations made to OJPT Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of an error or duplicate transaction.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Transaction: If a donor unintentionally donates more than once for the same purpose.
Incorrect Amount: If the amount entered was significantly incorrect or mistyped.
Technical Error: If there was a technical issue during the transaction process resulting in an erroneous payment.
To request a refund, the donor must notify us within 7 days of the transaction, with valid proof and transaction details.

Reason for Refund Request
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
We do not refund any transaction charges, processing fees, or bank charges incurred during the transaction.
OJPT Trust reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and it is the donor’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
