OJPT Academy

Free coaching and training for aspirants of Uniformed Forces and Group C & D Government positions.

Uniformed Services: Training for Army, Navy, CAPF, BSF, CISF, and State Police.
Curriculum: Physical conditioning, SSB guidance, and personality development.
Success: 216 selections in the very first year of operations.

Employability

Yuva Shakti (Skill Dev)

Focusing on IT-ITeS trades with industry-linked placements under the DDU-GKY framework.

Trades: Data Entry Operator, CRM Voice, Software & Web Developer.
Inclusion: 50% SC/ST, 15% Minorities, and 33% Women outreach.
Standard: 576 hours of Domain, Soft Skills, and Digital Literacy training.

Community Welfare

Surakshit Bharat

Social awareness and community leadership programs targeting rural Odisha districts.

Awareness: Anti-drug drives and Road Safety campaigns with District Admin.
Healthcare: Regular Blood Donation camps and rural medical outreach.
